What We Do
We have a wide range of experience managing multi-family and large apartment complexes in the Greater Buffalo area, including over 1100 units (325,000 square feet) for a local, private developer located throughout Buffalo and the Southern tier.
Assignments for the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority have included the development of work order management systems, operation and maintenance budget preparation and capital project forecasting for the district.
Building Maintenance Services
Residential maintenance and handyman services are available. Our program includes an annual preventive maintenance seasonal plan (summer/winter) that provides our customers with a comprehensive inspection and checklist of tasks to improve long term care and maintenance of each customer. The plan includes single family and multi-family homes.
Our staff consists of registered property management associates, licensed residential and commercial real estate brokers. As such, we are responsible for the preparation of annual operating budgets for numerous multi-family and residential complexes throughout the Western New York region. We regularly perform building condition assessments and benchmark cost analysis for third party property owners as part of our delivery of services.
