Instead, we develop with each client a list of specific priorities and then determine the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against which we measure our performance in attaining those goals.
Clearly defined KPIs provide a means for measuring performance and provide the mechanism needed by supplier management to establish a continuous improvement program. But the KPIs must be tied to the business goals of the client for the specific property. The measurements provided below, therefore, are merely examples.
