​Facility Condition & Benchmark Cost Analysis

Combining facility management, engineering, and building maintenance services, our professional staff will tour your building and evaluate the current operations and maintenance program at your facility. Through this process, will we identify and prioritize large and small capital project needs. All projects will include digital photos and cost estimates, and will be input into our facilities software system for simple and continuous access. Finally, we will compare your current cost of operations with our efficiency programs and identify immediate cost-saving opportunities.

Energy Services

We are experts in all demand-side and supply-side energy efficiency programs. From simple LED replacement to high-efficiency central heating and cooling system retrofit to new green and renewable technologies, our team will provide a turnkey solution through our C-ACE based energy financing program. ​

Consulting Services

Environmental, Health and Safety program

Our staff of safety experts offers continuous improvement seminars in OSHA, Hazardous Materials, Life Safety and Training. We will send our safety personnel to the owner site to train staff and maintain Best in Class (BIC) safety systems.

Quality Controls and Monthly Reporting

To ensure quality standards, quality control reviews, and operating costs are reported to the facility operations manager on a monthly basis.
