Manage Central Services
We will assess your current facility management program. Militello Property Group will provide a plan to reduce the cost of operations while improving services. Our program includes critical scheduled maintenance, mandatory “touchpoint” cleaning standards, and tasks to minimize exposure risks for your medical staff and patients.
Planned Space Transitions
From large projects to small, Militello Property Group will complete a facility condition assessment to identify Capital Projects throughout the medical campus. We will digitally record and provide cost estimates for each project. The information will be input into Facility Assessment software to maintain a list of projects available for long term capital planning.
